Once you get to Kuala Terengganu(KT), head to Merang Jetty which is about 35 minutes drive north of KT via the coastal road. The speedboat ride from Merang Jetty to Lang Tengah Island is about 40 minutes. Redang Lang Resort is one of the major resort in the island.
