A surcharge
of RM80.00 per person per night are applicable
on School Holidays and Public Holidays as shown

room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s
bank account which shall be advised during the

A 50% non-refundable deposit
is required upon confirmation of reservation
and the balance must be paid 2 weeks before
departure. |

In the event booking are
made less than 2 weeks prior to check in date
the full amount shall be collected from guest
upon confirmation. |

The management excludes
liability for losses incurred due to failure
to connect with other services and shall not
be held liable for loss of baggage or personal
belonging, illness, injury or death resulting
from activities which are beyond the management’s
control. |

The management reserves
the right to revise the above facilities and
rates without any prior notice. |

Resort is closed yearly
from 01 October to end of February due to the
monsoon and maintenance works. |
One nights/package charges for the total rooms/package
reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event
of cancellation made within 10 days prior to check-in
date or in the event of NO SHOW.
